Lead yourself instead of being led.

You function, but you sense there has to be more. I support you in two ways: building something of your own alongside your job, and personal coaching.

Since 2021 I have been supporting people on their own path. What has grown from it can be backed up with numbers.

5’000+partners in the organisation I co-built
100’000+participants at virtual events
8+years of IT project management in a large corporation before I became self-employed

The number of partners refers to the entire structure, not to individually supported people. Event figures refer to the audience.

My offer

Two ways out of autopilot.

Anyone who is unhappy with their professional or private situation usually needs one of two things, often both: an economic perspective of their own, or clarity about what is holding them back inside.

Build a business alongside your job

For anyone who wants more from their career than a 40-hour job, without giving up their security overnight. Products, production and logistics are already in place, and you walk the path with an experienced team. Your income depends on your own effort, and I tell you that openly from the start.

Coaching

For anyone who senses they are living by expectations they never chose. In coaching we make visible the patterns that keep you small and replace them with conscious decisions. Individual, with honest conversations and no ready-made formulas.

What others say

14 people, 10 questions, an honest picture.

I asked people I have worked with for years ten questions: how they would describe me in three words, what defines me as a mentor and what has changed for them. I summarised what repeats across the answers rather than picking the nicest individual sentences.

Loyal

The word that comes up most often. Five out of fourteen name it spontaneously when asked to describe me in three words.

“His unshakeable belief that loyalty, whether today or tomorrow, always comes back.”Loris Onorati

Mentioned by Ceylan Kheder, Loris Onorati, Tatjana Vidovic, Michela Scupola, Elena Fortino

He sees more in you than you do

Four people describe the same thing in almost the same words: I recognise their potential before they do.

“He sees the potential in people long before they see it themselves, and that is exactly what changes everything.”Manuela Gerardi

Mentioned by Maria Santoro, Tatjana Vidovic, Manuela Gerardi, Michela Scupola

Honest and direct, with heart

Clear words, even when they are uncomfortable, and still never condescending.

“Direct, honest and clear, sometimes uncomfortable, but almost always with heart.”Tatjana Vidovic

Mentioned by Ceylan Kheder, Tatjana Vidovic, Michela Scupola, Elena Fortino

The people I asked: Ceylan Kheder, Loris Onorati, Aida Susa, Maria Santoro, Tatjana Vidovic, Manuela Gerardi, Tamara Hofer, Michela Scupola, Harry Wiener, Giuliano Sperandio, Danijela Kopranovic, Marijana Markovic, Elena Fortino and Denis Gava.

“What you see in the next few minutes, that is him. No masks, no show.”
Aida Susa, asked how she would introduce me to someone

About me

From functioning to deciding deliberately.

At the age of six I had my first business cards and played managing director. At school I was underestimated. I was advised to become a salesperson and not to think too big.

In the corporation I had security, but never the feeling that it was enough. Alongside my full-time job I built my own sales organisation. Since 2024 I have been a full-time entrepreneur. If I have learnt one thing from this, it is that you don’t have to believe what others say about your potential.
